This is what makes the Johannesburg International Motor Show one of the most exciting events on the South African Calendar. Run in conjunction with the “Auto Shop” and Johannesburg Truck Show”, this event collectively offers a complete representation of the motor industry, serving Sub Saharan Africa and South Africa as a host country. This year‘s event runs from the 16 - 27 October 2013 and will be hosted at the Johannesburg Expo Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg.

From a Mixed Baby Salad Green with Bocconcini & Marinated Artichokes accompanied by Sun Blushed Cherry Tomatoes, diced creamy Avocado and a light Vinaigrette through to an utterly decadent Orange infused dark Chocolate Cream served with macerated winter berries  – we have a taste sensation planned for your function.

Not only have our chefs been hard at work, tweaking our menus into a perfect balance of horsepower and beauty - our team of service staff, are offering a high performance experience for your spectacular occasion. So from our expo platters through to a glittering banquet, you are assured of nothing less than the 5-star Delmont experience.

A fresh idea that is proving popular is the interactive food prep stations, inspired by our appetite for reality cooking television shows – we at Delmont offer a hotspot sensory experience.  Our team of talented chefs will prepare a signature dish, designed exclusively your event – in a mobile open plan kitchen island. Guests get to watch as the chefs prepare each ingredient. The aroma of freshly chopped herbs hints at the flavour profile, whilst the sizzle of hot oil in the pan brings the dish to completion.  Finally, a dusting of spice connects it all – a perfect balance of artistry and skill!
